How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped out after payment is made?

All items ordered will be mailed out within 7-14 working days, unless it is specially labelled as "READY STOCK". "READY STOCK" items will take 2-3 working days to be mailed out.

If the order consists of a combination of "READY STOCK" items and non-"READY STOCK" items, we will only deliver your parcel once all items in your order are ready. We will not be sending your ready stock items separately. If you wish to receive your ready stock items first, please contact us separately as extra shipping charges will apply.

What is the shipping rate?

For West Malaysia, the postage fee imposed would be RM8, whereas for East Malaysia addresses, the postage fee would be RM17. Customers who purchased above RM150 in a single order will be entitled to free postage (applied automatically during checkout).

What courier service does PixiesDust use to deliver my parcels?

We use J&T and PosLaju for all domestic (Malaysia) deliveries.

What if my parcel goes missing?

Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service provider. Nevertheless, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of the customer.
